When we moved to Minnesota in November 2018, we became customers of Kim Nybo's State Farm office. What followed was nearly eight years of exceptional service, genuine kindness, and a level of personal attention that is increasingly rare these days.

**Insurance is something you hope you never need, but when you do, the people standing behind your policy make all the difference.**

And that is exactly what makes Kim Nybo and her incredible team so special.

Over the years, through life's changes, new vehicles, homeownership, and everything in between, this office has consistently demonstrated what outstanding customer service should look like. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely caring.

There is something incredibly reassuring about knowing that when you pick up the phone, you're not just another policy number. You're a person, and you're treated like one.

As someone who deeply values exceptional customer experiences, I can confidently say that Kim and her team have set a standard that many businesses could learn from.

Now, as we prepare to close on the sale of our Minnesota home and officially transition our lives to the United Kingdom, we are also preparing to close our State Farm policies. Not because of anything State Farm has done wrong, but simply because life has taken us across the Atlantic.
